This method install a package in a valid gvSIG directory.

inputStream - the stream that contains the package information.

InstallPackageServiceException - if there is a problem reading the stream or installing the package.

installLater

This function will is called when an exception is produced during the installation of a plugin. It will prepare the package to be installed on the next gvSIG restart.
