GENERAL NOTES:

We recommend to connect to the seminar 10 minutes before  the appointed time. If you connect to a Webex session for the first time, you will need to download and install a Webex plug-in. Simple instructions will be provided.

You will be able to see the Webinar presentation on your computer screen. When you enter Webex presents two options for the audio connection: computer (voice-over-ip) or phone. If you select the phone connection, you can either dial a free number or have Webex call you. The Webex session will be recorded for those that can´t connect at this time and will be available in the GeoSUR Portal: www.geosur.info.

You can ask questions by raising your “digital hand” (will be explained). Please keep your microphones muted to avoid background noise.
