Requirements

• Latest distribution (build) of the gvSIG version that we want to test installed (check and download if needed).
• Latest version of the test plan we want to execute in html format (download if needed).
• Test plan dataset (download). Unzip the file, then a folder called /geodata will be created. In case that other /geodata folder already exists (from a previously downloaded dataset) merge them so resulting /geodata folder should have the sum of the contents of both the old and the new /geodata folder.

1. Open the html file of the test plan you want to execute. Tests plans are classified by groups. The last agroupation level corresponds to the test cases, which contains the steps that must be executed.
2. Choose a test case (it is recommended to follow the same order as they are shown with), expand it and start the execution step by step. Stop the mouse pointer over an item to get more info about it.
3. Complete all the test cases one by one.
4. In case you find a failure in gvSIG in the execution of a test case:
   1. Check if the failure has been reported before. To do that, you should do some searches in the issue tracker (more info).
   2. In case that it doesn’t exist an issue related with the failure, open a new one following this instruccions.
