Re: Tracking reports
Hi Jorge,
thanks for having updated the reports here.
Just a question, please correct me if I'm wrong:
according to the instructions you've sent me I should be able to create a new "Preparar nuevo informe" from https://gvsig.org/web/projects/contrib/sqlite-provider, shouldn't I ? Because I can't see it, I just have a "Copiar" item under the menu "acciones". Am I wrong ? :(
Cheers,
Lu
Re: Re: Tracking reports
I meant on the tracking reports section, see

This link starts a wizard to create the document for the report.

Re: Re: Re: Tracking reports
Hi Jorge,
thanks.
Ok, I can't see the "preparare nuevo informe" then, I've just the "ver informes" item.
Maybe I've missed something or I miss some permissions. :(
Cheers,
Lu

Ups that's weird :'(
I'll ask a plone-fu master....
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Tracking reports
No, problems.
Please, let me know when it's fixed.
Thanks a lot,
Lu
Hi all
I've copied to the tracking reports folder the last three mails sent by Luca to the GSoC Mailing list.
https://gvsig.org/web/projects/contrib/sqlite-provider/tracking
I would want to have them here in order to have a trace of what is he doing, witch I think is a good thing.
So, my petition is to Luca: can you try next week to create the tracking report on your own?
The process is quite simple:
1. Go to the working space front-page
2. Click on the "Preparar nuevo informe" button on the tracking reports section. Those text some day will be translated into English, but as our plone-fu expert is off... well we have to live with that.
3. Select the date for your report
4. Fill up your report
By default when the report is created is in "Draft" status, so next step is to publish it, but I think it's worth to do that together (via skype) as it's a little bit more complicated.
You can continue sending your mails to the mailing list and copying the report *after* here, but probably it would be better if you publish them here and then place a link on a mail as other students are doing.
Best
Jorge
