gvSIG Mobile 0.3 pilot

New languages or updated after publishing the gvSIG Mobile 0.3 pilot.

To load either of these languages in gvSIG Mobile, the corresponding file must be downloaded and unzipped, and the .properties file must be copied at the path install_directory/resources/languages of the folder where gvSIG Mobile is installed. Then, the language can be selected on the application, from the "Application Setup" menu.
