Mailing lists archives

All the messages of the mailing lists are archived. This way anyone can visit the messages emailed by other users and see how their problems were resolved. Besides the gvSIG mailing list archive, some external services have been configured. Those external services let not only to search messages, but also access the lists and even participate on them on alternative ways. So, you can interact with the mailing lists on the same way you use traditional web forums.

Archives of the mailing list server

The mailing list server has a web page where you can visit the archives ordered by thread, author and date. To access those archives you only need to click on the link of the mailing list overview page. The server doesn't provide any way to search that archives, but you can use main search engines to proceed with the archive.

For example, using Google, to search archives of the international mailing list about simbology issues you can put that query on the Google search box:

simbology site:http://listserv.gva.es/pipermail/gvsig_internacional/

And the search engine will answer with some emails archived with that text
