ReleasesWith this portable version you don't need to install the software. Just unzip it and execute the gvSIG.exe (Windows version) or gvSIG.sh (GNU/Linux) version inside the bin folder.
This portable edition use it's own java virtual machine (jre 1.6) and the user preferences, logs, ... are saved inside the cfg folder, show it will not modify the preferences of your previously installed gvSIG.
