Previous requirements
The following software is necessary to start i3Geo correctly (if the MS4W package is used, it's not necessary to install any other software, only R and its libraries):
- Apache;
- PHP 5;
- Mapserver;
- PHP MapScript.
- R + spatstat library + deldir library. In Linux, Ghostscript must be installed too. If R is not installed, some functionalities for graphics management and analysis of distribution points won't be able to be executed.
In case of compiling MapServer, made in Linux systems generally, the options GEOS, WMS/WFS client and WMS/WFS server must be used. Example of the "mapserv.exe -v" command for a standard installation:

The following extensions must be enabled in PHP too:
- php_mbstring
- php_gd
- php_xmlrpc
- php_xsl
- curl
- php_pdo
- pdo for sqlite or another database that is used by the administration system
