Workshop 1.  Raster in gvSIG.

 

SUMMARY:
Overview of the current and future architecture for raster management and analysis, as well as a sample of the functionality built so far on this architecture. Modules such as visualization filters, color palettes, band management, histograms, georeferencing and raster cropping. Includes an advance of the SEXTANTE porting to gvSIG and the DTM analysis module.

Workshop 2.  What's new at gvSIG 1.0 + gvSIG as OGC service publishing tool.

 

SUMMARY:
Overview of new functionality included in gvSIG 1.0, such as editing tools, geoprocessingf, image georeferencing and WFS service client. In addition, introduction of the new module to publish standard OGC services, with automatic generation of WMS, WCS and WFS service configuration.

Workshop 3.  Accurate cartography management in gvSIG: Coordinate Reference Systems.

 

SUMMARY:
Introduction of the new Coordinate Reference System management module that will provide gvSIG with the ability to manage geographical information from different sources rigorously and with maximum precision.
