The following software is necessary to start i3Geo correctly (if the MS4W package is used, it's not necessary to install any other software, only R and its libraries):

 Apache;

 PHP 5;

 Mapserver;

 PHP MapScript.

 R + spatstat library + deldir library. In Linux, Ghostscript must be installed too. If R is not installed, some functionalities for graphics management and analysis of distribution points won't be able to be executed.

	In case of compiling MapServer, made in Linux systems generally, the options GEOS, WMS/WFS client and WMS/WFS server must be used. Example of the "mapserv.exe -v" command for a standard installation:

	MapServer version 5.2.1 OUTPUT=GIF OUTPUT=PNG OUTPUT=JPEG OUTPUT=WBMP OUTPUT=PDF OUTPUT=SWF OUTPUT=SVG SUPPORTS=PROJ SUPPORTS=AGG SUPPORTS=FREETYPE SUPPORTS=ICONV SUPPORTS=FRIBIDI SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WMS_CLIENT SUPPORTS=WFS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WFS_CLIENT SUPPORTS=WCS_SERVER SUPPORTS=SOS_SERVER SUPPORTS=FASTCGI SUPPORTS=THREADS SUPPORTS=GEOS SUPPORTS=RGBA_PNG INPUT=JPEG INPUT=POSTGIS INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL INPUT=SHAPEFILE

	The following extensions must be enabled in PHP too:

 php_mbstring

 php_gd

 php_xmlrpc

 php_xsl

 curl

 php_pdo

 pdo for sqlite or another database that is used by the administration system

	Like the i3Geo version, the list of dependencies can have specific characteristics. See these link for more information:
