					The <strong>registration period</strong> for the 9th International gvSIG Conference <strong>is now open</strong>.</p>
				<p>
					Registrations are free of cost (limited capacity) and must be done through the <a href="http://jornadas.gvsig-training.com/form.php?jor=15&idioma=en_GB" target="_blank">application form</a> available.</p>

					<em>9th International gvSIG Conference: "Matter of sovereignty"</em></p>
				<p>
					The <strong>9th International gvSIG Conference</strong>, organized by the gvSIG Association, will be held from <strong>November 27th to 29th 2013</strong> at <strong>La Petxina Sports-Cultural Complex (Valencia - Spain)</strong>, under the slogan "Matter of sovereignty".</p>
				<p>
					<strong>Call for papers is now open</strong>. As of today communication proposals can be sent to the email address: conference-contact@gvsig.com; they will be evaluated by the scientific committee as to their inclusion in the conference program. There are two types of communication: paper or poster. Information regarding to regulations on communication presentations can be found in the <a href="./comunicaciones">Communications</a> section. <strong>Abstracts will be accepted until September 27th</strong>.</p>
