There is often the need for some kind of initialisation when loading library projects. Up until now, every project has carried out this initialization on their own using different mechanisms.

To standardise and unify the operation of all projects, a library initialization mechanism has been defined in gvSIG 2.0, for which there is a short `development guide`__ showing how to use it in our projects.
