- It substitutes the language selection panel in the gvSIG preferences.
- It allows selecting the active language of gvSIG.
- It makes possible the installation of translations of new languages by means of a .zip file containing the translation property file.
- It allows updating languages already installed, also by means of a .zip file.
- It is possible to export the translation of a language already installed, so much for its update as to translate to a new language.
- It allows uninstalling existing languages.
